Stain Free Performance

The Drier is used for stain free drying of parts which have been vibratory deburred and finished, ball burnished or machined in some other wet process. This is an important prerequisite for the subsequent electro deposition or mechanical treatment of many parts.

The moist pieces are fed continuously or in batches in vibro drier which is loaded with drying media. Due to vibratory action there is a continuous relative motion between parts & media and by continuous circulation of hot air, complete stainfree drying is achieved.
