Three/Four barrels are symmetrically mounted on turret, which rotates at a high speed in one direction while the barrels rotate in opposite direction. Upto 50 gravities centrifugal force is generated. This high force tightly compacts the load within the drums, with sliding action between workpieces and media. This action aided by suitable compound, removes the burr and refines the surfaces of components.
